Each candle within my tarot candle collection contains scents and references that correspond to the meaning and overall energy of the card.

In the Strength Tarot card, a woman gently strokes a lion on its forehead and jaw. Despite the lion being known for its ferociousness, the woman has successfully tamed this wild beast with her calming, loving energy.
It is important to note that the 'Strength' that is focused on within this card isn't the *machismo* brute-force strength as seen in The Chariot.... but more of a personal strength of will, a quiet strength.
It is similar to comparing the 'wise' war of the goddess Athena to the 'brute' strength of the god, Ares (Mars).
I chose the scent Lemon Cupcake (with sprinkles, of course!) because lemon cupcakes can be seen as a sort of reward for taming a situation (!) but mainly because the color correspondences of yellow to the lion and the overall golden hue of the card itself. I"ve added a cute molded lion face for some extra fun and correspondence.
Also? Lemon cupcakes smell awesome :)
