"A Journey Through the Chakras" Workshop explores our energy management centers, the Chakra System. Find out just what the Chakras are and how they affect our wellness. Follow this journey with hand out information for your reference as we discuss the origin story of the Chakras. We take a deep dive into the seven major chakras and learn that each has a different sound, color, element, physical and emotional representation. Ann will also share practical tips for keeping our Chakras aligned. Bring a mat/blanket as our time together includes a guided meditation, singing bowl and Reiki touch with essential oil for each participant.
